- Our spectacular auditorium is especially suited to
theatrical and musical groups. It features a state-of-the-art
electrical control panel, modern central lighting booth and sound
system, along with dressing and makeup rooms. One of the best
facilities of its kind in the community, this symposium seats
350 in comfortable velvet-covered theater-style seats.
Additional chairs can be placed on the central floor to seat
another 75-100 people. This is a popular place for
elegant wedding ceremonies.
|
- Numerous conference rooms of all sizes are
strategically located throughout the building. The magnificent
Walter Schroeder Lounge, with historic grandfather clock,
beautiful furnishings and priceless art works, is ideal for
large receptions. Notable pieces in our collection are a
pre-Revolutionary War ceramic pitcher and a bronze life mask of
our most famous American Mason, George Washington.
|
- A small chapel or classroom for up to 200 is available
for wedding ceremonies and similar celebrations, or meetings. The Tower Room, under the roof of the Middle Ages
style round tower that gives the building's exterior such unique
character, is excellent for small meetings and break-out
sessions. Many find it a charming place to take unique
photographs of people in a rich, warm setting. The room boasts a
splendid view to the north and west and is decorated sumptuously
in shades of red.
|
- A large dining room seats up to 300 and has a built-in
sound system for toasts, speeches or even background music on CD
or Tape. A brand new dance floor is available for
after-dinner dancing. The built-in head table seats up to twelve
dignitaries or bridal party members. A fully equipped kitchen
along with our in-house catering staff allows us to provide a
quality event. The room also has a built-in beverage service area.
|
- The Executive Dining Room seats up to 72 people at the
same 60-inch round tables that we use in the Main Dining Room.
This Dining Room with it's own kitchen facilities is ideal for
showers, rehearsal dinners and family gatherings. The room can
also be set up conference or classroom style for meetings of up
to 50 to 60 people.
|

Scottish Rite - a child care center is available with plenty of
toys. Children can be safely cared for while parents attend
meetings, a play or concert in the building.
